Products we build, ship and run.

Before we build for you, we build for ourselves. Five products, live in production, each one designed around the people who use it and engineered end to end by us.

AI SaaS

Yahini

From keyword research to a published draft, written in your brand’s voice.

yahini.io

The brief

Content teams were stitching five tools together and still getting drafts that could belong to anyone. Yahini had to go from a website URL to publishable content without losing the brand on the way.

What we built

  • Brand-intelligence agents that crawl a site and turn its product, audience and positioning into structured data every later step reads from.
  • A keyword pipeline that scores searches by volume, difficulty and funnel stage, and groups related variants.
  • Long-running AI generation jobs with live progress, credit metering and automatic refunds when a run fails.
  • A server-rendered React Router 7 app on Cloudflare Workers, with Supabase auth and row-level security on every read.
  • A Google Search Console integration over OAuth, and an MCP server that exposes projects to AI assistants.

Robots Ate My Homework

An editorial universe of essays, creative experiments, and original AI tools designed to expand what people can imagine and create.

robotsatemyhomework.com
robotsatemyhomework.com/robots

The brief

A publication exploring AI, creativity, and culture, alongside a growing library of original tools and experiments. It needed a home that brought everything together without losing the personality that made it distinctive.

What we built

  • RobotsOS: tools, skills, agents and playbooks served from one typed catalog, each with an in-place AI chat.
  • An OAuth-protected MCP server with its own consent flow, so RobotsOS runs inside the reader’s own AI assistant.
  • An admin pipeline that unpacks uploaded ZIP bundles and publishes items straight to R2 storage.
  • Supabase auth and protected layouts, rendered server-side on Cloudflare Workers.

All Agents Considered

A Substack newsletter with a fast, searchable home on its own domain.

allagentsconsidered.com

The brief

The publication is written and sent on Substack. It also needed a home on its own domain: a fast, indexed archive it fully owns, without changing how the writing gets published.

What we built

  • A Cron Trigger Worker that syncs the Substack feed into a D1 database every night.
  • A unified and rehype pipeline that sanitizes Substack HTML and converts it to clean Markdown.
  • Images mirrored to R2 and internal links rewritten to root-relative paths, so nothing points back to Substack.
  • Edge-cached pages with structured data, a dynamic sitemap, RSS and an llms.txt endpoint for AI search.

Productized agency

Better VisIT

A hospitality agency launched end to end: the offer, the site, the demos and the sales material.

bettervisit.ro
bettervisit.ro/demo-luxury

The brief

Serviced-apartment hosts answer the same questions all day: the Wi-Fi, the door code, check-out time. Better VisIT needed an offer hosts would buy in one conversation, and a site that proves it before the call.

What we built

  • An Astro site with React islands, hydrated only where interaction needs it.
  • One i18n source driving the Romanian and English routes, the copy and the pricing.
  • A theme system that renders five property demos, QR guest guides and print-ready A4 guest cards from shared data.
  • The offer PDF and social creatives rendered by a headless browser from the site’s own source.
  • Self-hosted fonts, Cloudflare caching and contact email sent straight from the Worker.

Circles

A self-hosted relationship CRM for Substack writers, ready for AI agents.

circles.your-server.com

Screens show generated sample data.

The brief

On Substack, relationships live in likes, restacks and replies scattered across Notes and posts. Writers had no way to see who actually shows up for them, or who is still waiting on a reply.

What we built

  • A Bun and Turborepo monorepo: an Astro web app, a Hono API and a PostgreSQL-backed job runner.
  • Ingestion that merges contacts by stable Substack ID and scores inbound and outbound engagement separately.
  • Raw API responses kept as evidence, so parser fixes replay without refetching, plus resumable history backfills.
  • Row-level security on every tenant table and a restricted runtime database role.
  • A Manifest V3 Chrome extension and an OAuth MCP server with scoped grants for AI agents.
